• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Zaviel reserves the right to update product prices, policies, or website content without prior notice.
• Misuse of our website or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of orders.

Product Sourcing

Some products available on Zaviel are manufactured by our trusted manufacturing partners. While Zaviel may not be the direct manufacturer of every product, we carefully select, inspect, and quality-check products before dispatch. Zaviel remains responsible for customer support, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.
